HALIFAX — A young harbour seal is safely back in the water after going for a stroll in downtown Halifax.
Police say officers were on patrol in the Bishop's Landing area of the waterfront when they were flagged down around 12:30 a.m. Thursday by a woman who had found a seal under a parked vehicle.

Damn young seals! there is a time and a place for this sort of behavior and it's called seal college! That seal is far to young to be up all night drinking, doing drugs, having copious amounts of sex, out at the clubs! this is whats wrong with the youth of today, all they want to do is party. Maybe if the youth would focus on their education and buckle down they could turnt he tides of history and make something positive for a change!
